General Email Client Settings (Outlook, Eudora, Thunderbird, Mac, iPad, Phone)

What to Put for both Incoming and Outgoing mail serversThe following instructions provide a general setup guide for various email clients. While these settings work for most third-party email clients like Outlook, Eudora, Thunderbird, iPad, and more, they may not be compatible with every email program.

 

Important: Be sure to replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name when configuring your email client.

 

Email Configuration Settings for SSL/TLS

  • Display Name: Any name you prefer

  • Email Address: Full email address (e.g., name@yourdomain.com)

  • Account Type: POP3 or IMAP (What’s the difference?)

  • Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com / emabaleli.sive.host / ekhaya.sive.host

  • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com / emabaleli.sive.host / ekhaya.sive.host

  • Authentication Required for Outgoing Mail: Yes
